NEWS FROM THE SHIRE COLTS COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON 5 NOVEMBER 2006
The key points from this meeting were:-
Peter thanked Shire Cricket club for the use of their facilities for our meetings
The need for Managers to pay in subs on time was stressed to ease the cash flow challenges for the Club
Managers were reminded that the only people who could sign registrations form were Pete, Julie or Gary
Managers can only play a youngster after they have received their ID card
Some managers not calling Julie on time with their results
Everyone was happy with their winter training arrangements
Avon Youth League now only having meetings on alternate months as many things being dealt with by email
We currently have 269 players in the club
Stoke Lodge - Pete talking to them about one or two pitch marking problems
Pete also to talk to Stoke Lodge re position on changing room key
Sea Mills - Container now gone
The Girls team and u11B's have sponsorship for a new kit
